i sent an email to customer service earlier:

id like to make a complaint to maxwell.

I have asked why the europe site get no promotions and the answer has been that
it is new.

But now it been around for months, so dont tell me its still new because that
BS.

Id like to know where the UK promotions are?

Have you contacted maxwell or acar? You can and they would probally get something running if you complain enough.

Then do you know the answer? Get a job (that way you will money) and when U.S have a promotion then buy from there.

I'm from Europe too ( France) so I should also be p*ssed of but honestly... penguin tried to be nice with us European and they made this site. but it's bing built so stop complaining it is surely going to get better... and dont forget they could have never done this site. It's a gift to us European and you're not supposed to complain about a gift

1) It isn't a gift, there are many magic sites, no way is it a gift. It is a site to make money for Maxwell and Acar, it isn't meant to benefit us

2) I have my own complaint. I ordered Art of Astonishment 1-3 ( A VERY VERY EXPESNIVE PURCHASE) and when it arrived the box had been opened and there was just 3 books shoved into a box, no packing to stop the books from bashing each other etc. the corners of them are all crap. This is the worst packing ever - the postman even said it. It was opened due to the crap tape they shoved on it - yes cellotape. There was nothing to stop the books banging about - a $100+ order and that's how you pack it?
it was awful...

That is one of the stupidest arguments I've ever heard.

The point is, we pay as much as Americans but don't ever get free promotions. Why should we pay for the "privelege" of something Americans get for free?
