Hi all i notice that on the USA ite theree are giving away LOADS of free magic and i thought if we all signed this fourm then mayby they will do more free promotions on out euro site! because we only get say a vid freee they can get loads free! I would order frm USA but it cost loads in shipping. No offence penguins jusyt thought it be nice to see promotions on euro site!

why is it that you guys are very far behind too? and dont have as many products. i thin they should have the same things on both sites.

I agree but I suppose they have to deal with the issues of shipping stock from America to the european distribution centre. They dont update the stock often either. I have been waiting to buy Million Dollar Knot for about 3 months at least...

im surpirsed they dont sell British currencys and euro currencys on the Eu website, why cant Britain just have Euro's then EU magicians will be happy (well maybe not, they've still gotta make a edited of a load of coins)

european costumers are not importent enough to them i think
every thing comes much slower here the order is pending much longer most used stuff is always out of stock and last but not least the free give away's

bombard them, if they realise the entent of the demand for good stock in europe they might start the service proper

OR just offer free delivery worldwide from the states, id be happy enough with that

also the paypal process should be integrated, coz paypal is such an integral tool, they should have the automated payment system in place

i would like to congratulate PM on March Madness Month. The bonuses are great. Too bad, it's only on the US site (but yea we didnt expect anything else)

no company comes to a new area and call it your privelege that they are here
penguin expanded to europe because
1) the U.S. is not the only place with magicians
2) more people more money

like any companies, they sell magic , but its a just another product, its like dixons selling dvd players, its not your privelege that you get a dixons in your area
its their privelege to have you as their customer, as they make money out of you

also if your a repeat customer through good service they make more money,
+ if its good service you will reccomend.

right now, any people i find interested in magic or learning i would not reccomend penguin to. the only reason i use it is because there is no magic shops in ireland. i dont mind paying the US delivery fee, but the europe stock arrives 2 weeks earlier than US deliveries so thats my reason for protesting,

other than that, the penguin range of products is good, they generally have most stuff in stock most of the time. if they would just value their european customers a little more, no even the same offers as US. just OFFERS period.

this is what i want, this is what others want. only problem is, penguin dont read these forums, and the members of penguin who do, wont feed this back

i tried to explain that their ad says march madness MONTH but it only lasts for 2 weeks,
the explanation, something about basketball tournament that goes on for that period, loads of games are played and thats why its called so.

my beef was it says march madness month, not march madness.
and i order nearly about $300 worth of stuff in march already, and was looking , like anyone would, to get the offers, only to be told id get them if i made the purchases to get them
