penguin magic eu is one of the worst site's of magic i know
at the moment i have a order pending for a week now
most stuff are always out of stock you must wait a long time before you can get new stuff that is already for months in the states
then the free gifts in the states there are great free gifts and in eu none any more
well i never order at penguin again atleast not in europe
it may be cheap when you can buy it but pending for a week?
i call a local suplyer and i can get it the same day

Could be several reasons for that. What was your method of payment? Did you mail payment ... was it a check, a money order? Mail takes time to get there, and it takes time for your order to reach you! Could be a holdup for lack of stock! ... maybe your order needs some sort of clarification. There are many reasons why it could be delayed ... have a little patience ... or call customer service to find out what's going on.

Yea I had an order "shipped" 15 days ago, and still nothing. They said they would reship it, probably because it was only about 30 some bucks worth, so hopefully it meets my show time deadline still. This was the first time I never received an order so far in less than 10 days from penguin. That is why I do not order large orders at once, as I do not trust free shipping entirely anymore, as the security, and length of time is crap.

i pay always the same way paypal fast and easy
when i order in the us it takes a day from eu a day or 5
normal
i just get a mail they ask for the convermation
so it's a mess at the moment

No problems from me... I usually get my stuff within 3-5 days!
Just wish they had more special offers, although i understand why they dont

Special offers, bah. They could start with getting some bikes back in stock, is that to much to ask for?

Anybody know when they get the some back in stock? Im thinking of mailing customservice, like that would help.

If you really want to get technical you can take your money, turn it into an all around gift card, One were you can use it any were it looks like a credit card and then you can buy it off line and done need a paypal account. An american express gift card. Cause paypal still has to clear the card it takes like an hour or so. and i dont think you can use paypal for everyday things. Paypal can only be used on the internet, the american express gift card can be used anywere.
