One day I wanted to buy some stuff from penguin. And after i had put all the things in my cart i started to fill the shipping and billing information boxes. I filled some and then noticed that there is no country called Lithuania in penguin magic's country list. That's just not fair!!! Then i searched for other countries like Latvia and Estonia and I didn't find them either. I mean it's just not funny if people from some European countries can't order stuff from penguin. Somebody got to do something,

I had! you have to contact the customer services and they'll tell you what to do!!! BTW I live in Croatia!

Email them (kindly) and ask them to add your country into the list. Greece and Cyprus never used to be in their list

i asked, but they told me to call them by phone and didn't put Lithuania in their country list. I thaught about it a fair bit. But i didn't call them. My brother who lives in usa now ordered for me and now he comes back and he will bring my stuff. But i'm just telling that it'd be great for penguin magic to add some more countries in their list. I think more people would order then because it's easier to order by credit card than to order by sending checks and stuff.

Hello, I live in Estonia and it is not in list.
I have ordered about 2 (and just done a new order) times now and got my stuff, just choose some other country to be shipping country and then write in note box that you want them to change the shipping country to Estonia (Or other European country thats not in list ) and then, before paying, then contact them via email and ask them to change it too (to be sure). And then pay and you will get your stuff (I have got about 2 orders now succsessfully and just ordered another stuff).

I have said them to add my country to list, they said:
"Thanks for the email. It may be a while before we can add this to our
database."

I hope you understand me and my letter will help somebody who's country is'nt in the list to help doing magic.

but i have a question. HOw can you writte to them before paying? Cuz when i'm filling the boxes i fill everything and just then get a message box in which is possible to writte that. And when you finish you pay, so you can't writte to them again before paying.

I sent but they told me that they won't put lithuania in their country list. And that i can order by sending checks and stuff but it's kinda long thing to order by checks, by credit card is much much easier

Just send them a money (mail) order just like I do.
