I'm a CC owner but not an EOPCF owner. However I've heard GREAT comments about Daryl's Encylopedia' too...I don't have much info about Daryl's but I'd say get either one. *is confused*

Anyways, I'd recommend CC over anything card-related... if you;re a beginner... CC... if you're really good... CC.

"Outs, Precautions and Challenges for Ambitious Card Workers" by Charles H. Hopkins is also a good read.
