When i was in Vegas 2 weeks ago at Lance Burtons SHow someone yelled out "DO IT AGAIN!" Lance smiled and yelled over to his production assistant "Well, Should we do it again?" "Alright" "come back tomorrow at 7 and i'll do it again"

say "gimme a dollar and i'll do it again" or just quickly say "ok next Im gonna do this trick". if they really give you a dollar, do the ripping illusion dollar when its not really riped

i like a lot of your guys methods, they are all pretty funny. all i like to do is act all parinoid and say " i cant do it again..... they'll know" and the spec says " uhh... who?"... and i say " the other magicians, we all have this sixth sense, we know when another one of us does a trick twice, i'll literally dissapear off the face of the earth......syke!!! watch this" then i go and do another trick

say "its gonna cost you extra." then ask for a coin and make it disappear, and then say "i told you it was gonna cost you." there are lots of ways to make it disappear.

There's lots of great stuff in this thread. Here is my humble offering. When spectators start with the whole "Again again" thing I say "What do I look like a Teletubbie".

Of course this wont work for you if you actually do look like a Teletubbie. You know who you are.

my thought is (i've not got these but I will do) is if in a card trick and they ask to do it again, use the disposable deck saying
"ok, but this time I'll use your deck" (inadvisable in a card shop, because there are lots of those

)

failing that I explain how the trick works

Ambitious card-a little mouse carries the card from the middle up to the top" (use squeaker) and things like that.
