Yes Torn is one if not the best torn & restored card, piece by piece restoration - fairly easy to do as well. I recommend it.
Also there are several topics about this, look around in the Cards and Advice forum.

Why dont you buy it from a shop that have in stock already? I know at penguin its £16 or so, but if you want it quickly then give £25 to a magic shop near you and get it quickly.

brostert, Yes it wouldn't be a problem but I don't live in the capital of the Sweden.. or any "big" town that has a magic shop :P - I was even lookin' at the penguin.com (U.S site) it was out of stock there too. So you get my situation? :P

FSR Ireplied to your post not because i had to but because i wanted to, so i do not see why you reply in what i see as an aggresive manner. Like i say i was trying to help you, i dont really want to bring myself one step closer to repetitive strain injury by answering people who act in an ungratefull manner, also i advise you to look eleswhere than here because as i am sure you are aware penguin is not the only magic supplier in the world and i wouldnt think it is the only supplier for sweden either. You may not live in stockholm but then again only 1,212,196 people do dont they?. Why dont you try looking for magic shops in denmark or norway, theyre close enough, but i dont know whether you would get it quickly though as a combination of volvos and only having light for 6 months of the year may hamper delivery somewhat.

brostert, I think you got this wrong. All I want to is to purchase from penguin cause it's eazier, cheaper and faster. It was not intent to "make" any aggressive comment or so - I'm sorry if you got it that way.

Have a nice day...

Sincerely /FSR
