I have a mentalism I purchased years ago. It is a blackboard divided into 6 squares. Have people think of things and you read their minds and write what you recieve in the upper squares and then cover up the squares. You then have then reveal what they were thinking of and you erite them down in the lower squares. Upon removing the covers from the upper squares, it is seen that what you "read" matches what is below. I have great success with this. I believe it is called Mental Epic . Great Trick. Worth the investment.

I've got Mental Epic too and love it. Have you seen Danny Archer's version of Mental Epic? Totally impromptu, well almost. I saw him perform and explain it at a recent lecture. Pretty cool. It's on his Working Alone video. I've tried it a couple of times with good spec response.

For a new twist on the classic Mental Epic presentation that's refreshingly free of suspicious props (the predictions are boldly numbered beforehand, and you can even hand them out at the end), take a look at the new utility device for mentalists and magicians, The Xpert.

This isn't exactly an unbiased endorsement: I am its inventor. Feel free to post a note with any questions.

Thanks,
Neil
