He is already been doing that in his show for the past several years...i have seen him do it live twice...pretty funny, but there is nothing new about it...

the kid is shown on a large screne by means of ultrasound and it reveals a chosen card.

I'm not sure why everyone is bring this up now. It is an old trick, nothing new. I personally didn't care for it.
