The rules were originally designed by myself, Bravesaint, Frijid, and BMagic shortly after Penguin changed the forum software to PHBB. However they were tweaked and improved upon by Maxwell and Acar. Additional changes were implemented as various situations arose we did not foresee or that users wanted. Of course all rules/changes have final approval thru Acar.

There would probably only be about 50 people who use this foum if people only give/ask for advice

But for those of you who are going for the highest label possible, I’ve got news for you… people are not going to look up to you or down on you based on the number of your posts. You’re going to receive those judgments on the posts themselves. Frijid_Pink is one of two “Emperor Penguins.” And although I’m personal buddies with him, he pisses a lot of people off. And none of the people he annoys thinks to themselves, “darn, if this guy wasn’t Emperor Penguin I would have so much to say to him!”

I disagree. A lot of people, believe it or not, will not post things that disagree with members of high post counts, for fear of being ganged upon by other members, and knowing that they wont gain "respect" from the higher posters....

There's actually four emps.

Bravesaint, exodus, sirbrad, and Frijid. Although Brave is a mod, and he doesn't have the title, he still is one. So there's four, not two.

Actually Frijid, Bravesaint and Sirbrad were all emps when this topic was made.
