Pukalo......You have as much magical knowledge as my cat.

The best magicians of 2005 aren't even on that list. All the magicians you know are the ones on this site, and several commercial magicians.

Plus all of these people on your list are close-up specialists, (save Criss), and you aren't giving a fair list of whos the best. Technicaly, Criss is the magician of the year because Magic Castle named him so.

Well maybe some of the best are not on here, but you must pick the best one out of the ones that are on the poll. I know that always people will tell that their magician is not on the list. But its impossible to put them all on this little poll. So just pick one out the ones that are listed.

I think Criss Angel gets the nod out of everyone listed. Laymen come to me all the time talking about how fake Blaine seems, but that Angel looks like the real deal. My dad started questioning me on Angel, but can't stand Blaine.

Every remember, the question is who do you think is the best magician of 2005, no who is your favorite magician. You should vote for who you think has done the most this year. So, I have to say Criss, I'm not a huge fan of him, but I can't deny that he can entertain.

I thought about this last night and kind of changed my mind. In a laymen's point of view, Angel. His exposure is amazing. He's everywhere now. From a magician standpoint, Daniel Garcia. This guy has released 5 DVDs in the last year of original material. He's released a few sets of notes. It's original magic, also. Above all that, Paul Harris is willing to put his name on it all. He has to be the most accomplished magician of the year, in the realm of magicians.

I think you should change the poll so there are only close up magicians together and then only stage magicians. And I think you should change your poll! Magicians like Paul Daniels, Armando Lucero, Lennart Green, Jason Latimer Tommy Wonder and so on. But of all these I picked David Copperfield no doubt.
