Here's my opinion on the guy...While Blaine has some skill when it comes to some of the card stuff he does I think the he needs some acting lessons, i really hate the dull lack of personality while performing I don't think it brings any mystery and my biggest issue with'em is the camera trickery. The main reason why magicians had originally not been able to get on TV had to do with ppl believing it'd be camera trickery so they fought and finally got it on and 'bout 50 years later here comes Blaine using magic... the magic of Editing. Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong (Love that Dennis Miller).

So? Other magicians use mirrors and trap doors, why's it so bad for blaine to use cameras?

Because when a magician uses trap doors or mirrors the people he is performing for have the ability to see what he is doing. This is still using misdirection and illusion. A director yelling CUT is a complete fraud

Im gonna start by saying this He is laughing his way to the bank my friend. The man is a performer he is trying to portray his character the character that he created the man is an actor as all magicians he adapts different to every situation.IN order to make people believe what you are doing you have to look and act a certain part and yes actually talk a certain way a way that makes them believe. The man has SUPERIOR card handling skills far more greater than any magician that purchases from this website. and Ill end it with that

Superior card skill??? he's not bad, but I along with most of the magicians I hang out with could do that any day, it's not "superior". I guess it's who ya know not what ya know. Oh well... I do't agree with the guy's techniques but God Bless'em as he heads straight to the bank.

The way i see it is that he was just a normal magician like you and i who walked the streets of NY and got his name spread around. Got the ABC to do a show and made the big ones!! nothing special to him, hes the same as us!!! - Danny
