Some obviously know that I just don't wanna show it again and that I'm just using an absurd line to get away.

i havent read all of this thread but..when you dont wanna do the trick again say "Look closely, I'm only gonna do this once for you" instead of saying, "watch this" becuase sometimes they wont pay much attention and they will want to see it again

another idea: tell them beforehand that you will make a deal. tell them that you won't answer any questions or demands but in exchange will blow them away.

Just do something else, maybe something similar. Also learn some routines where you actually can do it again (not literally, but in effect), e.g. the ambitious card or a card to pocket routine.

I did one card trick to someone, and later he was like "Do that one card trick again!!!" then he explained it. I started saying things like "That's not possible, or I can't do that. Then later I did it again, and he was utterly amazed. Then he was like "See, you can do it!" And then I said "Do what?"
