Whenver I drop one or two cards, I look down and them and either:

Shout "MAN DOWN! MAN DOWN!" And dive after it. (If my performance is rather funny and off the wall)

OR

Remark "Look a deserter." and keep going

If I drop most of the deck while doing a trick, but I still have their card, i just say something to the effect of "Well we didn't need those anyway." or "Now I'm hoping that none of those were your card, but let's just move on."

Just make it up, have fun with it. you will definately get some laughs out of them. and it could be a good thing in the end, dropping a card is a killer form of misdirection

I haven't dropped card much, but when I do, I like to drop the rest of the deck, and pull out a new deck when I have one.

Or just use some humour with it. "That's ok, not everyone likes magic".
or "Well if they don't want to be in our deck, then we don't want them in our deck".

I'll pick them up and than say something along the lines of that being my work out for the day, or that I havent excersized that much in years. Really it varies based on the table and my mood. Although I should point out that if half the deck dropped while doing a one handed shuffle, it may require more practice, or at least trying to figure out what went wrong so it doesnt happen again.

I don't recommend anyone make a show out of picking their cards up. Just pick the cards up quickly and get on with your magic (if you don't have another deck to use on you).

I usually say "If the floor wasn't there, they'd have fallen for miles." I do like the "sudden gust of gravity" line, though.

What I say?

*Card falls to the ground*. "Stupid gravity..."

you could always point to the cards on the ground and say, "is that your card?" generally gets a good laugh
