i bought mastering taopp and it says it shipped but it is not in the list of my purchased tricks and so i dont have access to the special forum

thanks. also when i check my orders status it says "new" and shows mtaopp and the free hot rod pen with a 10 percent discount that i used. but then there is another order above it that says "shipped" and it shows mtaopp w/o discount or hot rod pen. just curious what "new" means as opposed to "shipped"

Also, when you purchase something from the special order catolog does it not show up in My PenguinMagic? Therfore there iare no Watch, Learn, Discuss features.
