seriously though, email them saying you got the system but not the bonusus. and as for reality twister, email them too, and be ANGRY! XD good luck sorting that out mate.

well I still think its appaling(sp?) how a DVD from the US got here quicker than a pen and plastic from the UK.

Well good luck man, I've been calling and emailing for the last 6 weeks with only a suckup email from Maxwell and still no result!!

from what I've seen here, the UK service sucks. try the US one. I'm from the US, and it might take a wahile for it to get shipped tgo you, but everything's there when you get the order. I've only missed 1 thin g, and it was a book.

I emailed them today. This is my 11th day waiting for a book to come from the UK store. All they say in email is that is can take 4-7 business days to arrive. So looks like I'll get it monday at the earliest.....if I'm lucky.

This was my first purchase from Penguin. May well be my last.

yeah they are loosing me to, they dont seem to have many new products esp in the UK, where as E have one everyweek or 2 weeks or so even if its something small like dogtags...i want one..

Well after the cockup with my order, I got sent some free stuff! The T-6 hotrod I got is still badly made, but the free brass one is much better!

Shame the free stuff was crap! Still at least they tried :roll:

Still gonna buy from Magicbox for ALL my magic.

Finally after 11 days waiting for Royal Road to arrive I emailed customer service. The said it will be here in a few days, then they turn around and tell me "if" there's a problem with my order and it doesn't arrive by Jan 31st they will ship it again free of charge!

Sounds to me like a pre-emptive excuse! Plus I need it by the 4th of February. I hope for their sake it arrives tomorrow.

Exactly the same here! I e-mailed themand they didn't reply! All of the ones I need are out of stock and have been for like 5 months now! They did reply once - about two months ago - saying it would be there in 2-3 weeks. Yeah right!

Can someone PM me with where I can get the following:
Black Close-Up Pad
A sucker is born every minute
Equal Unequal Ropes (I know how to do it but I need the intructional video)

Well I have just look at the UK part of the online and shop and yes, there are quite a few "out of stocks"

I do know that Sam Blankenship was talking about making the supply of stock better and faster, but it seems like its got a way to go.

Shame, as I am 4 miles from the UK centre
