but I agree with the others. after all the propoganda we heard about penguin europe and the SOC, I feel that we have a right to complain. even if we don't have a right, it still makes us feel better.

i have a $30 cert. I if I shop in the US store i lose 1/3 of it on shipping

then buy from another shop and don't even use your gift certificate!
Now, it will still be worth $30

buy $50 worth of products
then use the entire gift certificate.
now, add another $30 to make up for the missing $20 plus shipping.

still better off than buying from the shops using the overvalued euros.
