I made this one up, and it gets great reactions. As I riffle through the cards, someone selects a card, looks at it and puts it back into the deck. I cut the deck and fan through the cards. When I come to their card, it is face up. I turn it over, and it is the only red card in the blue deck. This trick can be done ANYTIME with a completely normal DECK and CASE. If you want to hear more, drop me a message at djsyankees@hvc.rr

You don't have to be so sarcastic...Not everyone has heard of roadrunner and may have thought .rr was the end of it.

sounds like a riffle force to me. Tell me if thats right. However, if not and a far more devilish effect would be to allow the spectator a totally free selection from a face up deck. The card turned over and shown to be the only red card in a blue deck or vice versa. Then you rub it again and it turns back to the same color as the rest of the pack, and EVERY other card is seen to also be that color, the odd backed card is gone

Is "rub it again and it turns back to the same color as the rest of the pack" the same move you use in the Svengali video to change the whole pack back to normal. I have a pretty good idea on how it's done and if they're the same moves your idea would be really cool.

I guess you could take your message as a tip or sarcastic comment. I took it as the latter.

Not only can I perform this, but I can also have them put down the card that turned red and then I have them pick another card and it switches places with the card on the table... It's on Easy to master card miracles by Michael Ammar. -Max

this is the same as the first half of the chicago opener, also known as red hot mama. The only difference is that you only do half of the routine, and you show the card face before showing the card back. If I've guessed your routine correctly, then you are not clean at the end. The chicago opener final step allows you to end clean. You can still keep your face up routine, but finish the routine by changing their selected card to the red back card.
