I just ordered "the bat" and i have a username and password but when i type it into the penguins only place. it tells me that i need to order an item before i can see the videos.

Once the order has shipped, you will gain access to the penguin's only section. You will get an e-mail when the order has shipped.

I liked the Raven better than the Bat. Coin bite doesn't really do it for me, tons of people started doing it post-Blaine

you know what i hate I own lots of tricks but dont want to rebuy them just to gain access to the P.O. section so i wish we could like just send proof or something to Penguin so we could gain access.Kind of sucks.

i bought a few items just recently and they are already shipped but i did not gain access to any videos or anything could someone help. It says that when the order is shipped the stuff will appear but it has not. and i have been informed that my items had shipped

yea, i purchased "The Web" and it came Monday but still no PO section. I email customer support but still havent received an answer.

I just got the raven today with the dvd from my local magic shop and so far its great..i cant wait to get good enough to perform on the street
