A Penguin stole my money!

I tride to order liquid metal with a free black and silver bicycle deck, paid same hour with paypal, all seems well.? Almost 3 monthes later and nothin has arrived!!!!! Penguin now ignore my emails and my paypal evidence. Why why why does a site i lve do this to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.s i came up with my own liquid metal routine and dont need the dvd anymore!

dude, I got that too, with the mail thing.

If I payed for something I NEED MY STUFF ... no no, I WILL RECEIVE MY STUFF.

that happened with me too, problems with the post. i just let them know and they posted it again, great service in my opinion..
you have to have the shipping insurance of course

It must be a fluke. I've been buying from Penguin for 2 years, almost entirely using credit cards. Used Paypal once. I've never had a problem with their service. With full disclosure, I don't live in Europe, but something must have happened that caused it to "not happen." Perhaps give them a call. Unfortunately, there is probably at least a 7 hour time difference (depending on where you live) since they are in Las Vegas which is Mountain Standard time. I hope you can get to the bottom of this.

Pacific Time, but you were only off by one. :wink:

I'm guessing all of this stems from ordering from the now invisible Euro site. It may take some time and patience to resolve, but they're not here to steal your money so hang in there.

Contact paypal and have the payment reversed. It's that simple.

If you sent them an e-mail, and they didn't respond, they have to give you a gift certificate for $20.

If you sent them 25 e-mails without having a response, it would be like winning the $500 Penguin contest.

I would get a lawyer before the statute of limitations runs out.

I heard they've removed that policy awhile back form their website.
