Slow shipping, slow response to emails, and leaving items out of stock for long periods of time isn't good in a competitive marketplace.

I can order something from MJM or Hocus Pocus and get 3 emails telling me exact points of progress, from credit card approval, to packaging, to shipping.

Plus both shops respond to emails almost immediately. Penguin may have been a great competitor before, but they'll need to greatly step up their quality or get run out of business by people who've built a better mousetrap.

The main thing that ties me to Penguin is that I've used them for a while and their prices are very reaonable. I haven't ordered much from them recently but I've certainly noticed that the customer service is slightly worse than it used to be. I don't even get order confirmation emails anymore. I still get shipping emails, though.

If the prices was increased by mistake they should already fix them by now, I don't think it was a mistake, I think they want to make more money... & its not going to make them from me, I already found another magic shop
