I did good t the auditions and practice but that was my firt time in front of that many ppl
and by the way David you dont have to be so rude
you probably just think your the best magician around
but that would be mister Copperfield so shutup

You need to learn to take advice and critism.
I never said I was the best, and I don think that. So think before you shoot your mouth off.
And comparing me to DC is pointless- your just obsessed with him. If you ever want to get half as good as him, you need a lot of work on your magic and attitude. Sure have a mouth for a small 12y old.
You keep making the same excuses over and over as too why you didnt do well. :roll:

If you dont want comments, then dont post your videos.

Well you've been acting like a 12 year old. You should take David's advice, and stop being rude to everyone who's trying to help you.

To the gentlemen offering constructive criticisms:

Arguing with this young man of 13, not 12 (because there is a WORLD of difference between the ages) is akin to banging your head against a brick wall repeatedly:

You are not going to influence the wall's position;
You are not going to change the wall's appearance;
You will not change the wall's opinion of yourself, and;
at the end of the day, you are going to have one helluva headache.

Flight, much advice or criticismwas given to you for free. You chose to reject that advice. That is your right, your god-given freedom. However, I suspect that the next posts you make regarding the seeking of advice will largely be responded to by the experts negatively, or by the amateurs positively.

Either way, it makes little difference to me whether you accept or ignore others advice.

Cheers.
James Jay

What you think is enough, is not enough. And from what I saw in the video, its not even close.
And as many of the more experieced people here have had the same thoughts on your "disaster", you think you might take the hints.

oh, and about being 13 :roll: Almost the same amount of time I have been doing magic- 14 years. :shock:

There is also a big difference between practicing and rehearsing

Now that you've practiced your tricks, the real work begins.
Plus, I didn't say you needed to practice more. I said you needed to learn some stage skills. I don't care how good you are, or think you are. If you can't present it to a group of people adequately, it's as if you were never even there.

Take a lesson from Steven Hawking, one of the brightest minds living today (look him up on GOOGLE if you have to). Even from a wheel chair and without the ability to speak, or even hold his head up, he's found a way to communicate to the rest of the world.

See my earlier posts. Find the nearest Drama teacher and ask for help. Oh, and explain to me the difference between practicing and rehearsing.

Dude, I'm really sorry... But that was absolutely horrible. It seemed corny, and un-proffesional. You are a MAGICIAN, you do MAGIC.

If it's your first show for a big audience, doing stuff like Juggling isn't always that smart.

If it's your first time, you WILL get nervous (If you don't got like super confidence, and think that you dont live in peoples world: People live in your world)

Juggling easily goes wrong when you are nervous.

In my first show for a bigger crowd (Like 40 people), i had planned to juggle, but i felt so nervous, that i just ditched the whole thing, and did some extra TT Effects.

NOW i would have planned my shows better then just suddenly in the middle of the show ditching effects, but that was what i did back then, and i think it was a better thing to do then just doing the thing and destroying the whole show ;)
