It sounds like you're throwing three times, correct? In your head you're thinking "One, Two, Three" and you stop. I did the same thing. Count out loud, and then count "One, Two, Three, Four"

Try to break out of that three count rut gently. Once you're stuck on four, you're already juggling, so stop counting and get on with it!

I do the same thing on the guitar and other things where we get stuck in patterns. If I want a smooth arpeggio with no discernable breaks between measures, I count one beat more until I get over the rough spot. So, instead of 1,2,3.. 1,2,3.. 1,2,3.. 1,2,3 it becomes 1,2,3,4.. 1,2,3,4.. 1,2,3,4.. or I count 4 but keep the 3 beat : 1,2,3.. 4,1,2.. 3,4,1...2,3,4

Same number of notes but the counts are different. Eventually the gaps fill in and I get 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3 without having to even think about it.

Thats my problem!

I can juggle two balls in ONE HAND!

I can juggle three balls one time. Meaning all the two balls in the left goto the right hand and the one in the left goes to the right hand but i can't get my brain to go any further.... I have tried breaking the habit by adding a fourth bal and just switching two balls each turn back and fourth whihc I cando pretty fast but thats not really a juggle. I also have reversed the process using only three balls but putting the two balls in my left and the single ball in my right hand. So I start out backwards... BUT... That didn't help either.

I will try what you have said and try and goto 4. Instead of just 1...2...3..

I will let you know how that goes. i will do 20 mins aday till I have it as you suggested.

try to find a friend or family member that can teach you. I started learning by myself and i was proud because i could juggle, but if you find someone that is an experienced juggler, they can teach you cool moves. My uncle tought me a bunch of cool moves. Now, i start off all of my shows with juggling for about 5 minutes. My uncle even made a patter for his juggling routine. It was long and had some good humor in it.

I can now juggle two balls one handed in my right hand 25 times..

I can ALSO juggle two balls in my left hand about 5-10 times.


But cant juggle three balls with two hands yet..
