That is the exact reason why you aren't mature enough to accept a restaurant gig. Why do you even come here and ask for advice in the first place, if you refuse to take it? You got the advice of professionals, many who do this as part of their living. They know what they are talking about. Yet you don't want to accept the advice.

And you seem not to understand, You can't legally work in a restaurant, even if it's just for tips. You can't be hired, because you are not of age. What is so hard to understand about that?

Finally, why do you even have to say we aren't the best? Have anyone of us claimed so? No. You talk a lot of smack, yet you can't take any criticism. You have a lot to learn. But go ahead, ignore the advice you asked for.
