I have a metal appearing cane that i bought here at penguin but i didnt get the fourm for it. so yeaa to those who does have it...do you think the airport will let us bring this on board? or like leave it in one of our suit cases or somthing? casue when folded down the appearing cane looks like a miniature bomb or somthing! lol so you think theyll let us bring this on board or anything?

Maybe, if you tell them what it is.

I don't think they will, since it could easily be construed as a weapon. I would suggest leaving it in your checked luggage, just so no-one confiscates it.

Yea man just pack it in with your non carry on stuff if you need to take it with you. I did that with my raven when I flew to LA last summer just to be on the safe side.

Why would you need to carry it on the plane, anyway?

well this is tricky. if you brought the cane after is was sprung, it could be seen as a pole, as a weapon. My sister got a laccrosse stick taken away. but then agian, if it is not sprung, it may look suspisius and they may play wiht it and get injured by it and arrest you. But if you do mark it! write on a piece of tape "MAGICIAN PROP" and then take off the tape after the flight. good luck

YES...you CAN bring it onboard an airplane. If Jeff McBride can get one on, you can too!
