I bought some clubs just a little while ago, and I'm still waiting for those to arrive. But I was wondering, what's harder to learn, juggling rings, or clubs?

I'm just wondering because I also would like to purchase some rings some time soon, and I was just wondering what's the difficulty level for them? Thanks.

I haven't done it, but it seems rings would be easier. Spinning like a frisbee gives them some stability, and there's no big or little end to screw up the catch.

I havn't juggled rings yet, but I have tried them out a bit at a store. They are a little difficult to let go correctly, but I'm sure that will work itself out. After that they will probably be easier.

once you learn to juggle rings then you could learn to juggle playing cards. I got fairly decent at it but no where near good enough to start showing people.

rings is a million times easier. once you get good at it, juggle a ball, a ring, and a club. it's fun!

Yes, Rings are easier than clubs for many reasons.

-Rings are the same basic prinicple of balls, you are just changing you gripping.
-There is no special end to catch, so need for a special or percise throw.
-Rings do not flip in the air and just much easier to learn.

And once you learn rings good its very very hard to mess up. I always feel very comfortbal doing rings now after learning thime for about a half a year. but clubs i still feel nervous. Cause you still need that very perfect spin. And that is what makes doing tricks with clubs very hard.

-The clubs are so big that when thrown they are easier to hit in mid air. ( they are wider that rings)
-You need the perfect spin and need to catch them at the right time.

And so rings are great, but with your tricks you must be creative and come up with some cool stuff....aso btw, rings are supposed to viewed from the side. Just to let yta know.

clubs are still awesome though. Once you can juggle them properly you will be very satisfied with your hard work. They spin so quickly, yet you juggle them perfectly...just beautiful.

I've been working on juggling clubs for a little while now. I'm alright with them. I will be recieving some rings in the next week, and from what has been said here, I'm quite confident I will be able to get them down quite quickly. Thanks for all of the information.

Rings are about one of the easiest things (besides scarves) you can juggle. They're really lightweight, and easy to throw and catch. That's why people have been able to juggle 13 or 14 (or more) of them. But don't juggle rings outside. They'll blow away. Believe me, I've tried.

Clubs are harder than rings, but then again, the way you have to throw them is way different. But I'd still say clubs are harder because they are heavier and you can only catch one end. Rings don't have ends, so you can catch any part of it. 8)
