We guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse the next
business day.
If your order doesn't ship out the same or next business day, you'll
receive a Penguin Magic store credit in the amount of your purchase.
Please note that we guarantee shipments on business days only. Due to limited postal hours
we are unable to guarantee shipments on weekends and postal holidays.
Unfortunately, orders that are paid for by check, money order and Paypal do not qualify for Ships Next Day or it's Free.
The vast majority of orders are shipped the same or next day. There are some situations in
which it is necessary for us to temporarily place a security hold on an order. These
situations include but are not limited to: non-matching billing address, non-matching CVV,
unusually large order-size.
We do not always hold orders with non-matching credit card
information, but we want you to be aware that it is sometimes necessary.
All security investigations will be conducted within one business day. If it is necessary
for us to hold your order for security reasons we will expedite your order at our expense.
