This is a solid instruction on the use of the Stripper deck for magical purposes. I'd have enjoyed more actual effects, as it is a very powerful utility deck, but overall I believe this is pretty good for the price.

I wasn't blown away, but I do believe it to be worthy of purchasing if you're interested in owning and using a stripper deck. Oz is intense as always.

its an ok trick as special if you know many gooood trick like paul harris ta but add to cart if you are a biggener to cards or if you are a pro who does not know the method mannn

Teaching: Standard Oz Pearlman teaching, Oz goes over several routines and moves in step-by-step detail. 10/10

Quality of materials(if it is a gimmik etc): The deck that came with mine was amazing in quality. 10/10

Difficulty: Requiring minimum sleights, this is perfect for anyone who wants to be a card pro, but might not have the time to practice for years. 8/10

Applications: Perfect for restaurant magic and strolling/walkaround magic. Basically anywhere you would perform card magic.

Overall Rating: STRIPPER is the best resource for learning magic with a stripper deck that I have ever seen, I would easily recommend it. 9/10

This is a very very good tool to expand card tricks. The CD is very easy to learn. Oz is a very good teacher.

The Stripper concept could, I guess, be taught by any skilled magician but Oz is so fun to watch and easy to learn from. His teaching, the camera angles, the entire
package just couldn't be much better.

I'm returning to magic after a 15 year hiatus. I used svengali, stripper and invisible decks in the past, but usually only knew one or two decent routines with each deck. The Oz DVDs are definitely worth the extra cash. He provides multiple routines, as well as some techniques to use with each deck. If you are new to magic, or just looking to expand upon some existing routines with these gimmick decks, go for the DVD, you wont regret it.

nice deck and dvd combo. rather easy to do the basic trick and then a few other tricks are explained that can be mastered with some practice.

I've also got the Oz Pearlman deck/DVD releases for the Invisible Deck and Svengali deck; this is easily my favorite. Because of the broader utility of the stripper deck, it benefits most from quality teaching, and Oz's ideas (particularly the effect shown in the teaser video) will most help the beginners at whom this DVD is aimed.

Like the other releases, the deck included is a high-quality Bicycle deck.

The DVD is not 100% perfect. (4-and-a-half stars?) Since it is aimed at beginners, I would have liked to have seen a little more emphasis on presentation. Oz is also a little cavalier about the telltale handling that gives away that you are using a special deck, but that should come as no surprise when you see his signature trick on the Svengali DVD. The assumption is that lay people have no idea about these gimmicked decks. Some magicians might disagree with this philosophy, which is worth noting. Still, it's hardly a ding in this case. Even though I already owned a stripper deck and another DVD devoted to its use, I'm very happy to have gotten this.

0Z do great job teaching. He offers many creative ways to perform with the deck. Beginners will benefit tremendously from the fact that this deck is almost self working. With a little bit of creativity beginners can create a wonderful routine.
Another great product from Oz.

Oz Pearlman is probably my favorite magician out of those Ive seen here on Penguin. He teaches very clearly and only includes details he feels are very important. Anything he puts his name on is worth buying, in my opinion.
This deck is very easy to use and the average person doesnt notice anything strange about the deck. It does take a little practice but any good effect should.
The DVD and the deck together for that price is an excellent value. Im glad I bought this product.
