I admit I LOVED this effect... right until I bought it, then realized how insanely complicated the setup was. And then there's the whole "I hope the spectator does what I want" thing.

Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love Jermay, and have gladly forked over mucho dollars for his other stuff. He rocks! It's just that there's a lot riding on this trick for it to turn out well for the performer.

Although the demo video fooled me, once I learnt this trick, I know I am not going to perform it. I don't mind a non-sure-fire effect, but this trick requires a quite complicated set up, which does not it, especially when you fail to predict the card correctly in the effect. There're lots of other card prediction routines that look better than this one and are more practical than this one. To conclude, I don't recommended this trick.

This trick is great. As others have said it's not sure to work 100% of the time but I've performed it on quite a few people and it has always worked. A great mentalism effect - cheers Luke!

The method of this trick is great and really fun to perform but there are some drawbacks.
1.This trick is a great effect to perform for family and friends but if you were to perform this for strangers, hecklers would easily sabotage you.
2.the setup is to hard to do under the watch of spectators and is really hard to get right without people believing you are setting up the cards. I find it best to have the cards set up from the start and using this effect as an opener.
This trick is bold but if you pull it off your audience will go nuts. To really know if you like it you have to buy it, it only costs 10 bucks,so why not.

I like how he gets to the force card, but there is a bit of chance that it can (and sometimes will) go wrong. There is a lot of audience management that goes on here.

Either you love it or hate it. This is one that I won't be adding to my act, but have played around with it to other magicians when hanging out. This is a great trick for magicians, but boring for lay people.

This was probably the first download I actually got from Luke, but I loved it.

The effect is really straight forward but powerfull. You can even see in the demo how strong it can play really nicely.

You will definitely need a lot of confidence and a ton of skill to perform this, but if you get it down to where you can perform it flawlessly, it will work for you. The setup is a little extensive but there are a few multiple outs that you can use and assure you hit the card they get.

Luke has always been a great teacher. I like his style and the way he sets you up in his effects. It was a very well thought out idea and you will love it. As a special bonus, he goes into a full lesson on palming...even though palming isn't used in the actual effect. But I guess it's always there if you need it.

I gave it a 3 because it wasn't taught FANTASTICALLY but it was still good. And the trick is really hard to accomplish. Btw, if you are wondering, I think LJCP stands for Luke Jermay Card Prediction

Mr. Jermay has once again brought us another outstanding effect. This is an effect I always keep on me for many reasons, spectators love it, very fun to perform, practical, and very easy set-up. These four reasons make this effect awesome. Spectators love it because they are involved, it is practical because there are no crazy sleight : gimmicks : or carzy set-ups. The set-up is basically a one time thing, and once set-up you are good to go. This effect seems very fair to the spectator which leaves them wanting to see more.
I could not have been happier with my choice, if you are hesitant on buying this product, I guarantee you will like it.

It's less practical, and like other people said, it doesn't always work. Luke Jermay tells you a few things to improve your timing, but not much. Although it's a strong effect that could be in a professional repertoire, it's NOT AN IDEAL PREDICTION EFFECT. Carry an invisible deck, or any other mini mental miracle.

This is a pretty good trick. One thing to note is that this trick can't be perfected by just practicing on your own. You will need to go out there and perform it on people to get the hang of it. With that said, it wont work all the time.

The trick does not work every time. DON'T BUY.
