This effect looks great on camera, but not in real life. It is much too hard to execute, unless you physically place their skulls where you want need them to be to get the effect. Too much right or left, and the illusion sis destroyed. Even an inch in the wrong direction can ruin it.
Great idea, sadly not workable.
