Yeah I got mine and it broke like immediately, its sad that they would sell such a terrible product. Obviously it wasn't just an "ineffective one" either because look at the reviews where it shows it broke. I really thought this was going to be a ring flight that was going to be good but truly devastatingly terrible
Good product with bad plastic! Report this review

Yep, I just visited this page to type my review and so that all have the same review about this product. Of what use is a building if the basement isn't strong? haha...same goes with this product. The reel is excellent. everything is fine. but the key chain plastic? pathetic! American made products usually last long. I doubt if this was made in US!
Bought two of these Report this review

I bought two of these now. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved the trick and used it a lot (which is why I bought it a second time).
I have it attached to my keychain at all times. The first one broke while in my pocket somehow. thinking it was simply a fluke, I re-bought this product, and it broke again shortly afterwards.
After reading the reviews here as well as on EVERY other site, I can only conclude that while this is an outstanding trick, it WILL break....

What a waste of money
Meh, good while it lasted. Report this review

I really wanted to rave about this trick because it really is a good trick. Only probably was it broke after a month or two of being in my pocket. Mine just didn't stand up to your average keychain abuse. Grrrr.
But while I did have it, it was A LOT OF FUN! But for the price I paid, I'd expect it to last me years...not months. Pretty disappointed in that. I tried to fix it...but yeah, that's a whole different magic trick in it's self. One that would be labelled as a miracle. lol
Broke in one day. Report this review

Mine broke after just one days practise, so obviously my review isn't going to be good. Before it broke though the gimmick seemed okay and I can see why it would suit some peoples performance!
Nice while it lasted. Report this review

My Departure ring flight broke like the other reviewers but it lasted over a year. Unfortunately when it broke it broke at the most important part making repair impossible. I wouldn't consider replacing this product considering the damage I might do to a borrowed ring if it fails during performance.
It's a really clever idea, updating the key wallet, but I'll wait until a retooled version comes out.
Should come with expiration date! Report this review

Altought the trick is great and you'll use it a lot while it lasts, it is something that breaks after 1 month if you take good care.
Therefore, I am very disappointed with this trick.

I must say this is one of the best ring flights I have ever done. It makes sense to make a ring end up on a key ring then in a old school looking key wallet. Very well made, EZ to learn, nice D.V.D. helping you all the way. I wish I got mine here on Penguin, I paid more somewhere else.

I am a worker and unfortunately this just doesn't get it done. The idea is great, but unfortunately the extension of the apparatus is simply too short. This needs to be re-engineered with a longer extension. The ring flight case is old school, but it still works better.
