Mystery Box by John Kennedy One of the best pieces of magic ever invented. Highly recommended!
Out of stock.
The magician brings out a small wooden box and places it down on the table. Next, he has a playing card freely chosen and signed by a spectator. The signed card is shuffled back into the deck, then the magician asks, "Do you think that I can find your card in less than ten seconds without even looking at the cards?"

When I got this I just chuckled "haw haw haw this one is going to KILL"
a perfectly executed gimmick which creates a perfect effect. I use this EVERY DAY.
It even fools me, just playing around with it!
Perfectly made, worth the $$

Its an awesome trick and seems impossible. If you can preform it as well as Oz... Oz does two pretty advanced manipulations, but this trick can still be done by a beginner, just doesn't look as good as the video, in which you would do the tricky stuff behind your back...

Great effect.... well worth the money.... not difficult to perform.... but can be enhanced through a wide variation of presentations.......In conclusion......notwithstanding that the effect is not cheap ....it still provides a huge bang for your buck.

Well, I like it. Great idea. Just one move that you have to master (which is why it lost a star). But once you master this trick this is probably one of your best effects of the day! The best part is that you could have the box across the room and it would still work. It's impossible to figure out if done right. Get this from Penguin. Great trick!

This is a great product. The effect seems simply impossible. A card that was inside the deck a moment ago moves inside the card box that you've never even touched before! This is pure simple and devastating magic. It's also a great clincher to the Ambitious Card Routine.
The gimmick is diabolical, and is so cladenstine that you can literally hand the box out to the audience, and they will never discover the gimmick! This is great.
I don't recommend this to beginners. But anyone with some experience in card magic should find this pretty easy.

Such a simple idea...but those are always the best ones. John Kennedy has truly outdone himself with this item. Hands down, the best card trick that I have ever purchased! It is a little on the expensive side, but don't let the price put you off. This floors people every time. As mentioned in earlier reviews, this is not the most ideal trick for beginners, since it requires a sleight that may be difficult for some. The box is gorgeous and should last a lifetime. Cannot recommend this enough. Buy it, you won't regret it!

I think that this is a very good trick. However, I think that Jay Sankey's Paperclipped! is a much better effect for the street magician because a mystery box is not an ordinary item that we see on a regular basis.

Great trick, easy to do and a great climax to an ambitious card routine. Very clever gimmick.

I don't own this but I figured it out after only watching it twice. This is a great trick (from what I know) and would buy it if it was a little cheaper.
Mystery Box II is my favorite trick Report this review

Great, great trick. And, contrary to other reviews here, this CAN be done without the sleight of hand required for Sankey's "Paperclipped." Very easy to do.
