This book is worth alot more than what its priced for. I have always wanted to learn a Q&A routine but I was always overwhelmed by its methods, but this book made it simple and easy to understand everything from the reading to the actual scripting of the routine. I honestly think this is a must have for anyone starting out in Q&A routines for this book will be the basic foundation for your knowledge in Q&A.

As far as this book goes, the thing that I like about it the most is that it discusses the concept of using billets in a psychologically invisible way. Great book even if you don't use the routine.

Powerful as the routine is, this is not a Q&A. In a Q&A, the participants think of questions (typically about the participants' futures) and the mentalist apparently reveals answers to those questions.
The Three Types is a mind reading act in which the performer appears to use great powers of psychological analysis to read minds. It is a great book for those who like patter relating to psychology (like what Derren Brown does) and I may use this book if I ever go in that direction. As of now, this book is not for me. I believe it dilutes the power and appeal of an act to explicitly announce you are not psychic.
