This is the best levitation i've ever seen. It is highly angle sensative. The gimmick is very fragile it will chip easily. i gave it 4 stars because you cant possibly levitate as high as the video. pros: high reaction from audience, levitates about 1/2 a foot high. cons: can not levitate very high. must carry towel or jacket. is EXTREMELY FRAGILE.

I got this as a christmas present and was overall fine with the effect and thought that it was okay for the price but it chipped in about two weeks and I was as careful as I could have been. Then next week I ordered Elevator 2 and that is the best levitation ever. 220 bucks but no special shoes and no cover needed, only some pants and you're set. If you got the money get E2 otherwise this will be fine.

This is one of the greatest almost impromptu levitations ever! The gimmick will never break at all. I highly recommend you buy this, the reason it got a 4 was it can be only viewed from the front.

I absolutly love this trick. It's amazing. the reason i gave it four stars istead of five is because it requires a jacket or towel. My advice to you, i you plan on bying it, is to be very careful with the gimmick. It can chip easily. Overall, it's great!

This effect really works. But I am a little disappointed that so much has been said in the reviews of the need to use a jacket. What could be more natural than taking off your jacket because you explain that the effect requires a lot of effort. Next, you provide a reason for holding the jacket in front. Simple, you explain that as hot air rises so you must keep your legs warm. simple isnt it when you think about it. Remember even the best trick is bad unless it has misdirection and presentation.

Fun levitation Report this review

This is a fun way to do a self levitation. What you need comes with the trick and it is a powerful effect when done properly. You can not do it surrounded and this is a down side to the effect. Then again there are not a lot of levitations that can be done surrounded particularly self levitation. If you are looking for one of the better self levitations I beleive that without spending a lot on apparatus this is the one.

First off, just let me say that I love this trick. I have gone through countless methods to acheive the most convincing method of self levitation, and this is the one I usually end up doing. Bottom line, theres a lot of methods that are really cool to learn but you for some reason can never do them under normal curcumstances, so what good are they. With the wild lev it takes the jacket levitation, originally done with a unmanagable gimmick and a suspicious method, to a whole new level. This has impact, it hits the specs right in the gut when you suddenly raise up in the air so smoothly. The gimmick is genious and enables you to levitate anytime, anywhere, and all you need is something to cover your legs like a jacket.

You may think the jacket takes the illusion away, but as soon as you practice it you'll see how real it looks and all the possibilites with it. You simply cover your legs and let your feet show and you float, even sideways if your want, come back down, uncover your legs and everythings examinable unless they want to strip seach you.

And if you can't deal with the fact you must use something for cover (I went through the same thing), check out zero gravity. Its straight forward, nothing needs to be said or done, you just stand still, float and walk away, but it's not as practical.
