Even with these paper clip, I can get a bend just over 90 degrees (and not all the time). Very
disappointed...

Sorry, I give the lowest rating to this one, because:
- It is too obvious. The type of paper
clips required for this, are not "normal ones". They won't look like usual ones in close up and
therefore, the method can be found easily by some people, with little guessing.
- The paper
clips can't be found easily (in my country, and in other countries according to most magic forums).
- It is not reliable (not AAA at all). It never worked under my climate.
- It is not
practical.
Can't use it. It doesn't work (here at least)...Even with the supplied clips and
following the instructions. Sorry It's in my drawer and I lost money on this one.

I hoped that these paperclips work, but they won´t. I just get the 90 degrees maximum and they break
very fast. Not usable.

These clips are exactly what I need for Bently.
If you follow the dvd or the additional
footage placed in the MyPenguin section and do EXACTLY as described, you get perfect bends.

I've tried clips from several sources and these are by far the longest lasting. One compromise is
that they don't go the full 180 degrees. It's a compromise I'll take for the dependability.

I will say that the trick is kind of hard for me to prepare and perform, but most of the time these
paper clips work well for it. Occasionally some of them will not work due to defects but besides
that these are great paper clips for it.

The paper clips are great. However, working the routine can be difficult because the paper clips
tend to break easily after the set up of the paper clip. I'm trying to find another way to do the
presentation instead of having it in the pocket. Overall, I really like the paper clips.
I used a whole box just to practice - still, some clips are better than others no matter where you
buy them. A 90 degree bend is still a good illusion - just tell the spectator you will try to get
the clip to bend to 90 degrees - 9 out of 10 will - if it bends more, you look even better!
If
you switch ends (let the heavier end bend downward) when you get to 90 degrees, the clip will
usually go a little (or, sometimes, a lot) more. It's still a good little pocket trick.
these are by far a lot better than those i've found on my own (office max, wal-mart, etc) but i
still don't see how anyone can get "multiple" uses out of one paperclip. at best i can maybe 3
uses, but on average 2. also, i am unable to have the clip do the extreme looking bend from the
demo, but with that said these are the best of the bunch!
The 180 degree bend is accomplished easily. When you switch the clip to let the heavy end "help",
rub the bend ever so slightly from the bottom with your index finger. The heat of your finger will
relax the vinyl. Try it. Looks amazing!
