First off, let me start by saying that I generally never review tricks, but I felt compelled to review this one due to the (undeserved) bad rep it's gotten from other peoples' reviews. For those who are complaining that "the method" won't fool anyone, you obviously aren't doing it right. If you perform it as instructed in the instructions, it WILL deceive people. Especially if you take the time to make the routine and patter your own. It KILLS! I use it as closer for my walk-around set. It's that powerful. As for the quality of the props, I have not had any issues with mine. It works just as promised. If you're looking for strong mentalism effect, don't hesitate to get this! If you take the time to perfect everything about this effect, you won't be disappointed.

I had to get more than one to get one that works. Let me say that I perform three watch-related illusions in a row and this one is the closer of that theme. I've had people cuss, back up several steps VERY QUICKLY, scream and have had a couple of women cry. It's not the simplicity of the trick, folks - it's all in performance.

So, it's a great effect that has the potential for great reactions. I like it. I only gave it 3 stars because I got one that one time worked, but not the other. Then I found another where the other time worked; but not the first one. I had to return more than one before I got one that you could actually see both times on the crystal. Then I found one in a shop that the images were better than on the one I bought online; so I bought that one. I have a few of these because it's so great that I keep trying to get one that's well-made. I don't know if the material doesn't hold the etching or if it wears off after time or if they're just poorly constructed...but something is wrong here. Which is sad, because it's such an emotionally hard-hitting effect.

So, performed properly - and especially in conjunction with other effects - this is a powerful illusion. However, it's apparently a gamble as to whether or not you actually get one that is well-made and usable. Good luck.

This trick has a neat idea but depending on the audience, it will be easily figured out. The cool part about this trick though is that you really don't have to force a time. They can choose any time to start with and you will always have the right prediction. The revelation at the end it really cool and usually people accept it. If you are looking for a neat gimmick, pick this up.

Neet idea and could be a little spooky but it is easy to figure out and not worth the money since you get the secret right from the demo, so you are paying 44$ for the glass disk and bag.

Ok first of all the trick is not what it is made out to be! They make it sound so great when accually it sucks!!! This trick is a waste of time and money. I seriously do not reccomend this trick to anyone!

When I got the thing in the mail and went inside and pulled it out it looked cool, I mean a little glass disk...cool....I guess. But then the derections where kind of confusing so read them over and over again and then when I got it and did the trick to my dad, mom, brother, and sister they were like "Ummmmm...ok....is that it?" This trick sucks plus you can only do it once to the same person! And after I did the trick a couple of times it wouldnt even work!!!

If you get this trick then you will see what I mean, but seriously.....TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR CART!!!NOW!!!

This is the worst trick ever. It is so expensive for one trick. It is totally not worth it. I mean 44 bucks.. u can buy better things... dvd... other gimmicks like even 2 or 3 things.... this is just a waste for one trick.... and you can only do it once to that specatator.. If they do it in their heads a couple of times.. they will definitely get the trick... So really it is totally not worth it... worst thing ever in the penguin site.... buy something else.

I was a little intruigued by this trick. It is not a trick that is to be performed without any other tricks at hand and it is really not something that can be performed in front of the same person over and over again, so that would mean you would have to be careful of who is watching you. I was able to figure it out by only watching the a video a few times before the crystal actually arrived which means it is easy to figure it out once you have a lead. I gave it a 3 because I like tricks that can be performed in front of someone for weeks and when they go home and do everything to figure it out... they never can figure it out.
Besides that, I think this is a great trick to buy as long as you have other great mentalism (or just great) magic trick ready for after this one...but let me remind you DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PERFORM THIS TRICK ALONE. ALWAYS HAVE MORE TRICKS TO ATTEMPT AFTER THIS ONE IS DONE. Also... NEVER PERFORM THIS TRICK TO THE SAME PERSON MORE THAN ONCE OR TWICE! (You might spoil the magic in it :P )

I like this trick, it is very baffling, but it is not very interesting which is why I gave it a four. You come up with an interesting storyline and you have a killer, but the trick is awesome.

You will like Watch Crystal it is a very nice-looking trick. From the time you pull it out of the little bag the specs really like what they see. The finish is clean and powerful. It really gives them a free chioce of what time they chose with diffrent outcomes.

As soon as I opened the package I took out a clear disk and I blew on it like the description of the effect says you do. After breathing on it I could no londer breathe because I was breathless! All of a sudden a time appeared on the little disk. After reading the instructions I found this to be one of the single most incredible tricks ever! It is already in my personal repitoure. IT IS GREAT!
