Not my favorite effect, but I can certainly see that this can be a fun effect that gets decent reactions. I think the reason this one doesn't really connect with me is that there's no mystery to it. The spectator immediately understands what happened... they didn't know it was a jumbo card when you put it in their hands, but they still know you put it there. So, you get props for executing a clever switch, but no one should be mystified.

The handling isn't very difficult, but it will take a bit of practice to get used to it, because the folded-up jumbo card obviously tends to buckle up. The move that will take the most work is probably the switch, since you need to make sure the jumbo card lines up with the real cards and doesn't get exposed.

Even though I'm not crazy about this one, I'd still give it a lukewarm recommendation.

This trick is pretty good as are most of Jay Sankey's tricks. It isn't his best but it still packs a good punch. Your spectators will really get a kick of this one though. If you are unfamiliar with Sankey's stuff, try this one out and I'm sure you'll like it, but be sure to look at some of his other stuff too. I recommend Astral Projection or In A Flash.

I don't know why but for some reason this effect stands out in people's memories- I guess it's because an oversized card is such a odd thing to see. I love performing the Bigger Finish because it's easy and always gets reactions. One thing I would say though is buy two because otherwise you'll only be able to do this trick once for your friends, because when you do it a second time around (at another event) they'll remember that the card was the same as last time (because like I said, people seem to remember this trick)!

this is one of those tricks that can work in any venue and packs a punch that could knock out mike tyson. it is truely one of my most requested tricks and will be visual from a table at a resteraunt to a seat in the back row of a broadway theater. ADD TO CART

people love watching this and when you unfold the jumbo card they freak and the reactions double once you flip it over...but I felt kind of ripped because a version of this is in the AoA

this is the best use I could find of a can of pop and a Cinnamon bun! It truly is an INCREDIBLE TRICK, AND THE CLIMAX IS AMAZING! who would expect that a Cinnamon bun could penetrate a can like that!?

The good thing about this trick is that its climax is unexpected by the audience. The gimmick is great and fits perfectly with the deck. The trick is also easy to do although it has a great effect, go through the routine well and the audience will be amazed. Only reason it lost a star is due to its poor instructions.

Great trick - I mean great. Just one thing the way to do it was not 100% fool proof only 95%. You're still my favorite magician, Jay, but I got to say I've defenitly seen much better from you.
