It's a nice effect originated by Slydini, but it is worth getting the whole Slydini routine to complete this segment. If you already have a silks routine and you would like to add this to it, then you are set, get this. But as a stand alone it can be disjointed.
Tony's adaptation to the gimmick is good and makes it to be a quicker load, and since this is a simple trick, his instruction is adequate.
