I never met Stanley Jaks, but once Lou Tannen showed it to me I was hooked! That was way back in the late 1950's. Its been off the market for years, but a couple of years ago I convinced Jerry O'Connell to make them for me. Of course they were and are, the very best made as are all of JOL products. Now that PropDog has taken over the JOL line. I'm proud to be asked to join them in offering this fine case. Therefore I've written a six (6) page set of instructions and made a training video to help teach my methods. We now offer the Wallet (really a business card case) and the full instructions including the training video, to Mentalism Fraternity." - Ray Carlyle

Simple, elegant, beautifully made, and highly deceptive, the JOL Jaks wallet is, in my opinion, the very best peek wallet you will find. I absolutely love it. So much in fact that I bought 4 to ensure I will have them for the rest of my life, in case they become unavailable.

Highly recommended.

I own too many peek wallets. Sometimes they are hard to resist buying. The JOL Jacks wallet is exceptionally good. Very nice leather, well made, smooth feel, and ideal for an almost full business card peek.

With one handling (taught on Bob Cassidy's Billet Killers download) you can put the business card in the wallet face down, close it, then freely show both sides...even have the spectator hold the wallet if you wish (but not necessary).

Works in almost all lighting conditions. Simple. Easy. Reliable. And very deception.

Highly recommended.

This classic is best considered a simple peek wallet with no special features or filters but don't let that discourage or fool you. One of the most deceptive and practical real world working wallets on the open market. I kill with one of these every day. Comes highly recommended.

The Famous Jaks Wallet is one of the simplest peek wallets that you will ever see. It is a trifold, and it is deceptive with just a little practice. Personally, I prefer bifold wallets like the Strivings SUC, but this is an exceptionally beautiful wallet. If you need a one-trick pony wallet, this is top notch.

The only thing that needs improvement is the loose threads that keep coming loose in the peek area. This isn't a huge problem but if you only have a second to glance you might get confused as to whether what you saw was an ink mark or a stray thread.

If not for that one detail this would be a 5 star purchase!

I just purchased this from Penguin and I couldn't be happier. Pros: First off, the leather is quality with nice sturdy stitching and a perfect size to use business cards of billets. Secondly, the actual working of the wallet is simplicity at its best, yet so cleverly deceptive and third, no need for battery packs or having to hold the wallet at funky angles, or lighting constrictions.

I had originally bought this to use in conjunction with a multi phase stand up mentalism routine, but I may just buy another to use for close up situations.

If I had to list a con I would say that it is pretty much a one trick pony. It's strictly a peek wallet, but it does that trick so well it's hardly a con at all.

If you're looking for a quality peek wallet that's easy to use with none of the usual drawbacks, I say do yourself a favor and buy one of these today!
