This is one of the best videos I've seen. The shots CLEARY show what is happening. No shaky camera work as is often the case. No attitude, as is also often the case. Paul actually shows real-life examples which include how to deal with un-cooperative spectators. This is rare. Overall, this is a great video. I'd recommend it to folks never before exposed to the classic force. I'm going to order all of his other videos :)

This is a great DVD and gives a real in-depth look at the classic force. Paul also covers a few other card techniques, like the top palm. He reviews the technique and talks about everything that is possible to happen with the Classic Force, and how to get out of it. Paul is a great teacher, and the camera angles are perfect on everything except for one technique. This is a must have for every card magician, weather you think you know the Classic Force well enough or not. The extra routines Paul includes are good, but they are not quite my style. They are not very comical, but can be made comical.

Just a quick note, if you are new to the Classic Force, this will take time to practice and understand. It's a basic concept, but you will need to practice many many times on friends and family.

I have many forces I have mastered over the years, but I have never been comfortable attempting the Classic Force until now. Paul's presentation and explanation has changed that for me. Not only does he take the time to show several different possibilities of situations that you will run into preforming it, he also explains outs if the spectator fails to pick the forced card. Additionally, Paul demonstrates, several routines using the classic force in tricks I already perform, but he has added some nice touches and ideas that I now include in my performances. I have been practicing this force even when I don't need to force a card, just to test myself and build my confidence. Paul's idea not mine, but it works. I've only been doing the classic force for a couple weeks now and I'm comfortable attempting to do it. Well worth the money - Buy it

When I first saw this video I was unsure about how to use the classic force, and this was the video that helped me not only to do it well, but to understand it deeply, or understand the spectator's actions, in relationship to the classic force, very deeply.

I now know exactly how to use it confidently, and I use it all the time, thanks to this video.

this is a really nice technique for forcing a card. the dvd is well designed and you will find a few pretty routines explaned in a good manner in here. good price. give this one a try(especially if you are much of a card magician as I am)

Paul Green does an excellent job teaching the Classic Force step-by-step. He goes over every subtlety and nuance, from how to handle the difficult spectators to what to do if you miss (or will miss). If you think you know how to do the Classic Force but haven't seen this video then think again. This is a valuable resource and a must for all card workers.

Paul also teaches some tricks. Honestly they aren't that good, but you aren't getting this for the tricks you are getting it to learn to use the Force

i got this as a bonus, and actually already thought i knew the classic force inside out. but paul is a great teacher and goes into tremendous detail both on the physical and psycological elements of this force which is a nessesity for any card magician! add to cart

I never had so much fun forcing cards as with the classic force. I always use the riffle force or hindu shuffle force, but the classic force as taught by Paul is so clean. I am getting the hang of it and so far Im at %100 with the force. I know I need to grow in confidence, but in time it will come.
This DVD also comes with great routines which uses the classic force. But if you don't want to learn the classic for there are great routines without the use of it.

A must have for your magic library.

This DVD is awesome. Classic force can be done consistently. I met Paul himself at the Magic Castle and he was so wonderful in giving me some tips. In fact, he use the classic force on me 3 times in a row, even though I know the force!

This is a exellent DVD.He teaches it well.The reason I gave it a 4 is because it is a litlle over-priced.
