this would be such a harder hitting effect if the bands were made better. The quality is sub-par. If they could fix the bands then i'm sure this trick would be much more popular.

The effect with these is great, but there are problems. One, these are some funky looking rubberbands that people have never seen before. They might not think that they're legit, but after you let them examine them, then you won't have any problems. Just get your spectators to believe that they aren't gimmicked or anything.
Two, these are weak. You have to be very careful with this or they will break on you fairly easily.
Three, I don't think that they give you enough single rubberbands since those are the ones that will break most often.
Lastly, the linked rubberbands are poorly made. You can see the point where they attach.
They're good, but you need the presentation skills to justify them and work around it. Even though the bands are bad, I use this effect everyday and it kills. Go with the new SLR slims.
