There's a lot of stuff going on with this small card. The two major effects give you a lot to play with and the "bonus" effects are also useful. I put bonus in quotes because the instructions refer to secondary sources (mainly Banachek) for a complete description. If you're familiar with these effects then it's a great addition to your act. If not, they are certainly worth further investigation but you might feel a little cheated to not have the info included in the instructions.
All in all, a clever system and a no-brainer to easily carry around in your wallet.

The minor effects on this card are well known psychological forces you already know from somewhere else and you either perform impromptu with a piece of paper and a pen or you have from other cards by Carnazzo or Outlaws. The main effect will work only in a very specific situation, that is, with an audience of at least 10 people or so made of people who do not know each other. I doubt any friends will be compelled not to discuss the method (exposing you in a second) if you simply use the techniques explained in the booklet. They will talk, and you'll look silly. For this reason I find the description misleading; this is really not an effect that works well in street magic as in those cases one often performs for groups of friends or acquaintances. The same applies if you are performing socially.
If you perform for a large audience, you are probably looking for something more visual to keep your spectators interest, and this trick will NOT work if you simply enlarge the card and turn in into a poster to use on a stage.
In the end, I just don't think I'll perform this much - if at all.
