After extensive research and development, Chris Capstone brings to you a rabbit puppet that will work in a wearable top hat (not included).

Most rabbit in the hat puppets currently available utilize either a soft fabric "hat" which is really not a wearable hat, or a very inexpensive, low quality hat, neither of which you would probably want to wear as part of your costume.
