First of all, this thing stinks to high heaven like chemicals. I've sprayed it with Febreeze and tried to air it out, which helped some...but it still has a chemical odor. This mat is not a cushioned mat at all. It's flat as a pancake and has very little "give." This could make some card and coin effects difficult. It looks nice, but it's really thin, again with no cushioning.

This is a wonderful mat. I mainly use it for my cups and balls and coin routines. It is very high quality and you can roll it up for travel and it takes it proper shape instantly when un-rolled. The price was very reasonable as well.
