I use the Trickster Hipster. It is like a fanny pack - but a little bigger. That doesn't sound
good does it? It actually reminds me of my tactical gear, it has the look and feel of it. It is
really well made and might not look as geeky as a fanny pack. Or I've convinced myself it looks
better... Anyway it holds freaking everything! The main pocket holds my cups & balls and 5" rings
with room to spare. There are numerous, well placed, pockets for just about anything else you would
need. I've got various decks of cards, my TT, coins, sponge balls, color changing knives, all the
gaff cards I would ever need, Sharpie markers, ropes, scissors, devil's handkerchief and still have
pockets I have not used. But it is compact and organized enough to find what you need with no
fumbling, and is about a 1/4 of the size of a messenger bag.
This is not the first time I got this product; back then, one pocket was seriously destroyed upon
arrival, so it was defective. I'm so glad Penguin was considerate enough to hand-inspect the
replacement as I haven't had any problems.
It would make a GREAT pouch for my things; I
currently use it as a supplementary pouch to my Ogio Hip Hop bag (which holds my primary supplies
and my close up pad) but with some creative re-engineering, I could use it as the primary feature.
If you want to complain to the craftsman, it's at blackbirdmagic.com, since penguin was not
the original creator of the idea, but rather its cheapest supplier ;)
