Eh..this third dvd was a lot of fluff...it was more of an advertisement for Shoot's dvd's; moves were shown, but not explained ("for an explanation, see Shoot's dvd blah blah blah")...the "extra" moves I don't think were justifiable for a third dvd..Honestly, if you have Ninja Rings or Ninja +, they are more than enough for a solid ring routine, adding more would be beating a routine to death and would bore your audience...I found myself yawning at some of the routines because they were just a tad bit long and redundant; too long of a routine, takes away the mystery and makes you appear to be a show off...

If you enjoy performing the Ninja Rings and Ninja Plus as much as I do, you'll want Matthew's Volume 3-it takes the possibilities to another dimension. Terrific ideas, moves, and an interesting interview with Shoot Ogawa at the end of the DVD. Highly recommended!
