If you like the Invisible Deck Trick, and you Like the Brainwave Trick (both of which I have and LOVE), you are going to have your hair blown back by this one I assure you. Think of the Brainwave effect, with an ending that leaves spectators and magicians alike wondering how the heck what you just did was possible.

It takes a bit of practice, but anyone can do it. It is worth the money and it will become your favorite or at least top three card tricks to perform instantly.

A bit of a warning: I learned the other night that if you drop or have the equivalent of a 52 Card Pick-Up situation, you can plan on spending the night putting Humpty dumpty back together again. Treat this deck like your baby. Take care of it, it will last forever and will be your sure fire trick to impress anyone at any time.

Without question one of the top 5 greatest mind-blowing card tricks of all time. Combines mentalist trickery with the invisible deck and finishes with a completely blank deck. Wow! Every spectator I've done this trick for had no idea how it was done, and some were magicians!

This is a great deck to have on you at all times.
The outcome is just like an invisible deck, but when you flip the card over to reveal the colour change....puzzled faces ensue.... Then you reveal that they are actually all blank also... jaws drop

Takes a bit to get the patter down for a convincing story to reveal their card, but not hard to learn at all.

I recommend this deck to anyone that likes the Invisible deck, or even the original Bwave. It is really a crowd mover. Just don't do it twice to the same crowd, as they may catch on.

I love mentalism. I also love being able to involve spectators in the performance and giving them the illusion of having free choices the entire time. This deck provides all of that for me. I think that this effect was well worth the money and will earn its weight in gold many times over since I will be using it often.

For the record, I have not performed this yet; however, after about 20 minutes, I can tell this will be easy to do, so that you can just relax and as Yigal would say, "Focus about your magic."

A few pointers: When you get your deck, don't mess up the order of the cards. Read the instructions first. The cards are gimmicked, and if they fall out of order, show them in the light and the gimmicked cards will be revealed. This took me a good 15 minutes to figure out, so I just saved you a little bit of time lol. Also, order them from smallest (Ace or 2) to largest. This will also help. It's explained in the instructions and brief 4 minute tutorial, but not very well IMHO, so I hope this tip helps as well.

As for the effect, I think it's practical, almost self-working, and ready to do at anytime, considering it's almost a mentalism routine (maybe not by the purest definition, but nonetheless, an effect wherein the spectator feels like each choice was his/hers and fair). Personally, magic that is not SUPER practical is hard for me to perform. I love effects that can keep the context of the moment or what's going on around me. This effect is very easy to introduce and again, IMHO, could be used anywhere in a routine - opening, mid, or closing.

I don't think it's worth $40, considering the simplicity of the hardcopy instructions, short tutorial video, and the versatility of the routine. But, for $30, it's pretty good. A fairer price would have been a bit less than this, but still extremely happy with the purchase. And, as always, thanks Penguin for great shipping and customer service. I never shop anywhere else!
