System 6 - Modern Triumph (Red Gimmick) by Michael "Six" Muldoon - Trick
In stock: usually ships within 24 hours!
Its finally here, the cleanest most visual Triumph yet. The spectator removes a card, remembers it and places it back. As in the classic triumph the cards are shuffled cleanly face-up into face-down. Instantly the cards are spread to reveal that all but one of the cards has rearranged themselves. Only one card is left face down (building suspense), the cards are flipped over and spread to reveal that in fact their card was the only one reversed.
"I don't order card tricks, but this just looked too damn good!" - Ken Weber (Author of Maximum Entertainment) "One of the cleanest versions of one of my favorite plots by one of the most talented magicians. Awesome" - Woody Aragon Customers who bought this also bought

This is a fabulous effect! The method is simple and straight forward and does not require too much
practice. Once you understand why it works you will be doing this in no time. The display is clean
as can be. It is reccomended that you use a Faro shuffle but Six goes into detail on how to do a
regular riffle shuffle and fix what needs to be fixed in performance. Not a big deal. It works best
with a closeup mat but can be done in the hands just as easily. This is probably the best triumph
out there! Also worth checking out is Horse of a Different Color.

This is a very honest and deceptive version of the classic. Although its fun to take out and show
people, and most definetly a cool deck to add to the collection of gaff decks. I feel that most
intermediate to expert card magicians would much rather stick to their normal methods of achieving
this effect... totally worth buying but not something you will want to switch in all the time to
make the same effect happen you can with sleight of hand...
overall worth having, but not entirely practical thats why I give it 3 stars. Did this review help you?

I'm really surprised that there aren't more reviews on this effect. It is very clean and fantastic
way to do Triumph. Granted you wouldn't be able to perform it over again on the fly. The reset takes
a few moments of privacy. The reset is the only reason that it lost a star. Other then that it is a
very fun effect to perform as well as to watch.

Ever buy a trick only to watch a better, more practical, more "magical" version be released only a
couple of weeks later? I think we have all gone through similar experiences. And sometimes the
newer version is even a little cheaper than the original!!....oh well, so it goes. Such was the
case with the Cheek to Cheek deck. While Oz did a nice job covering the various nuances of the deck
I'm afraid that Modern Triumph has it all over the Cheek to Cheek deck. One glaring problem with
Ch. to Ch. is that you can't display both sides of the spread after the reveal! Michael has solved
this problem beautifully. Without tipping the method, this is an extremely CLEAN, well thought out
version of a beautiful age old card effect. Worth every penny!..Namaste

Ever buy a trick only to see a much better version come out a couple of weeks later? Well, such was
the case with Cheek to Cheek and Modern Triumph. I'll cut to the chase. GET MODERN
TRIUMPH!!!...Basically, they're the same deck but with some very strong improvements built into the
Modern Triumph deck. Can't say much more without tipping the method but I'll tell you this. If your
looking to do the cleanest, non slight of hand Triumph you've ever seen, this is the one you want.
You can even show both sides of the spread after the reveal! You'll never touch a "regular" Cheek to
Cheek deck again after handling this one!!!...add to cart!!..gave it 4 stars because the re-set is
not exactly instant.

The BEST version of Triumph ever released!

I've performed Triumph since the 1960's when I learned it from The Stars Of Magic. There are some
great versions since then and Modern Triumph is the best.
Michael "Six" Muldoon teaches several ways to perform this and the best is a self working miracle. They choose a card ( free choice ) and it gets lost in the deck. You cut the deck in half, one half is face up, the other face down. The spectator holds out their hand and one at a time you place a face up card, a face down, face up, face down, etc. They square up the deck, you take it back and BAM....the deck is now all face up, with one card face down. You turn the deck over and they are all face down, with one card face up...THEIR chose card. Spectators go crazy. Once you know the deadly secret, you can make up other decks and be ready to perform the most stunning, visual Triumph ever released! Did this review help you?
