This trick is great and well worth the money especially with the 20 minute teaching video. That being said, don't get it, it won't be reprinted, I want them!!

These playing cards as for being designed for use in magic are great. I truly enjoy the coloring and the design. The adding of a very, I think unique trick with the Jokers and 3 of hearts really added to this deck. The price is low enough so that several may be purchased to use these playing cards and the tuck boxes in the making of gimmicks and gaffs. I feel that this is a noteworthy addition to any card collector or magician's collection.

Fine cards Report this review

The back design is great and the red cards have some nice shading in the pips, which the black cards do not have (sadly). The cards feel fine and spread well and seem to be quite reliable for everything from flourishing to performing. This deck contains essentially two gaff cards for one gaffed effect (which I don't perform, but it's a fine effect). There is also a one way back design which I also don't use because you kinda have to squint a bit to tell which way is which. There are also revelations of cards (once again I do not utilize these). If you like how they look, add them to your cart. They are a bit pricy though if (like me) you wont use the extra stuff.

I was really eager to get my hands on this deck when I heard they would not get reprinted. But when they came (or atleast mine) they were warped inwards which was a huge letdown for me. For a deck this rare I expected better quality. And on top of that I did not receive a training video in my my penguin magic section. Don't reccomend using this deck. but maybe if your just a collector than this would be a nice addition. Other then that I would stay away from it.

Very Misleading Report this review

I hate leaving bad reviews. I really do. But the promotional video is extremely misleading. It makes it appear as this deck is a gimmicked deck that allows you to do certain things (I suppose certain flourishes) and special card changes.

All it really is, is a normal deck with a few special gaffed cards just for this deck. It is neat, but I was expecting more. The 20 min video didn't even teach the double card change as shown.

This deck helped me get free shipping, so it probably was worth it. But the video sold me on it and what I got left me disappointed.
