This the best stand-up magic trick to come out in a very long time that looks like real magic.
Taking a very old trick and creating a totally new Floating Balloon is pure GENIUS on behalf of
RYOTA. I must congratulate him on his creativity. This will go in my show immediately, young and old
Don't believe any of the comments below. They clearly do not understand what a
magic trick is and the ability to perform this Fantastic small illusion. In my 50 plus years of
magic this is the absolute best and possibly the only REAL magic trick to come out in years.
Simple to do,with the handling, but unless you understand the motivation behind creating the
illusion, you will not do this justice. Take some time to rehearse and pay attention to every detail
on the DVD.
This is not a kids trick, just because it uses a balloon. It is a true miracle
in every form of the word.
I highly recommend this trick for all those that perform in
front of an audience. It is not a close-up trick.

Okay, you can examine the balloon, but not the rope? It's easy to see how this trick is done. Using
a rope with a suction cup on the end is way too conspicuous for a general audience and is not good
magic in my estimation. You would be most successful performing this trick for children, but for

Easy to do and looks wonderful. It will require very good presentational skills to elevate it from
puzzle to magic effect. I deducted one point for the value received, rather pricey for what's in the
box. I had figured it out before I bought it as I think many others do, but I bought it to help
promote magic and he does give some very good presentational ideas and tips that help elevate the

This is a very visual, practical and commercial piece of magic. The premise is logical and has a
built in theatrical impact. There are no angle problems. The handling is very easy. The only down
side is that the attachment at the top of the string looks a little out of place, and is not held
together well. A little medical tape on the end does seen to help keep it secure. A great
theatrical advancement on a classic method. Highly recommended!

Poorly made! For the price I expected something I would have to not be worried when performed that
it would malfunction. Nice concept, but not something I would be comfortable using in it's current
Wonder Floating Balloon by Ryota isn't going to fool any magicians. Most of us who have been in
magic longer than a couple days have seen this effect already in other formats. Ryota's cleverness
is in how he applied it to a balloon. That being said what this is, or more accurately where the
magic in this lays is in the power of presentation. There is a lot of strong mime work that needs
to go into this effect to sell it. This isn't a trick you just buy and go do. Without a strong
theatrical presentation, to which it lends itself beautifully to, this will fall flat.
give this effect 3 stars because mostly due to the props. They are cheaply made. I'm almost
certain that I'll probably end up playing around with making the gimmick out of higher end material
for my stage use.
The DVD has some great points on it, and is well taught. For the right
magician, in the right hands, with the right motivation this could be a really nice bit of magic.
